“For my entire life, I have always felt a natural connection to food and being in the kitchen. I can distinctly remember being 6 years old, sitting on my kitchen countertop and being infatuated with my grandmother as she made me pasta with garlic and oil or my mother when she made homemade apple pie. I became a Personal Chef because of my admiration for food, but most importantly, my devotion to the magical process that takes place in order to create a delicious meal. To me, food is what brings people together and helps create the best memories and traditions.
